How Will My Delivery Be Shipped?
Most VPSUN orders will be processed by Amazon and shipped directly from Amazon distribution centers in Columbia and California.

I Ordered More Than One Item. Will They All Be Delivered At The Same Time?
We strive to ensure all your items reach you at the same time. However, sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I Change the Delivery Address of My Package After It Has Been Shipped Out?
We understand the importance of receiving your orders promptly and correctly. Therefore, it's crucial to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Unfortunately, once your order is prepared for shipment or has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We will contact you immediately to correct the address, and the package will be reshipped, but additional shipping fees will apply. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a daytime phone number with all orders.

Occasionally, packages may be returned to VPSUN due to undeliverability. If this happens, please accept our apologies and contact VPSUN to arrange for reshipment.
